Translated testimonial. Names, dates and circumstances are retained from the original.
1. What difficulties did your child encounter on arrival, and what was she unprepared for? Not knowing the language, although it is possible to make yourself understood. She received a friendly welcome. When asking about studies, you need to formulate questions clearly because students largely choose their own timetable.
2. How much does your child need each month for accommodation, food, entertainment and small expenses? The dormitory costs €50, plus services such as internet and a kettle, around €5–10. She also needs €120–150 to cover food, the gym and hygiene products without having to go without.
3. Does your daughter combine study and work? Does she have enough time? She is only in her first year and is not yet 18. She does not combine them yet, although anything is possible if you want it.
4. What advice would you give future students and parents? Do not bring too many things! It is easier to buy them there, since some goods in Slovakia are cheaper than in Ukraine. Bring medicines. Do not be shy about asking for information: Slovaks do not tend to impose their company or help on you.
5. Rate the work of our staff from 1 to 5. 5.
6. Rate the organisational work from 1 to 5. 5.
7. Would you recommend our company to your friends? Yes.
8. Recommendations for improving the services. After completing admission, everything is clear. At the beginning, I would have liked more information about all the details. Thank you for your help and the excellent result. I recommend you! Go for it, and you will succeed!
