Faculty of Architecture and Design

The presented faculty occupies a unique position in the Slovak education system. It is the only faculty providing complete education based on high-quality theories of chemical engineering and natural science, educational engineering for all branches of the chemical and food industries. The main attention in the study is paid to:

• structure of substances;
• Chemical technologies and biotechnology;
• food and food;
• regulation and management of chemical processes;
• protection of cultural heritage and the environment.

The faculty is actively involved in large EU framework projects, European structural foundations and domestic research projects VEGA, KEGA and VA. Graduates of this faculty are employed without problems by chemical enterprises, laboratories, scientific institutes in the field of chemistry, etc.
